THE POSITION

- Demonstrated success as a General Manager or in a similar leadership position in the hospitality industry, ideally in a prestigious boutique hotel setting.
- Proven financial expertise, consistently surpassing financial objectives.
- Hands-on approach and a willingness to work closely with the team to ensure outstanding operational performance.
- Forward-thinking mindset, adept at identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
- Outstanding leadership abilities, adept at mentoring and coaching, cultivating a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Experience in cluster management is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for the vegan lifestyle and familiarity with vegan practices and offerings is desirable.
