To pursue our growing Digitalisation project and reinforce the team, we are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Tools - Business Analyst to be part of our global team working together towards our mission – to bring meaningful moments to people in connected public spaces. As our Sales & Marketing Tools - Business Analyst, you will support the users of various countries during the deployment of the new systems in their country.

You first assist the team in the specification, implementation, testing and rollout of new functionalities in the system. You will also assist the local management in fine tuning the local ways of working to better fit with the new platform and make sure the global business flows fit the local specific needs of the business. You will also suggest possibilities of tool upgrades to better fit local requirements.

Finally, you will train our professional trainers and key users on the systems, so they understand the various functionalities it’s providing to them and the global business flows they will have to follow.

What you will do :

• Specify tools new developments.
• Implement and finetune local ways of working to fit the global business process
• Suggest tools adaptation to ease local tool adoption
• Train our professional trainers and key users on newly implemented Sales and Marketing tools (Focus on CPQ but also CRM and Product Information database) to help the organization to get up to speed in its digitalization process
• Support system rollout in different countries
• Support users after system roll-out (2nd level support)

Skills Requested

• Engineering or Business Master degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in user training on various subjects
• Understanding of the constraints inherent to manufacturing
• Relevant experience with digital systems (CRM / CPQ / PIM-MDM / ERP)
• Knowledge of D365 (CRM/ERP) is clearly a plus, as well as an experience in implementing or using a CPQ solution

For the particular role, we also expect the following :

• Solution driven, customer oriented, excellent communication skills
• Quick learner, with an architecture oriented mind
• Fluent in English & French. Any other language is a plus
